FirstLight Home Care of San Clemente is a locally owned and operated home care agency serving families throughout South Orange County. What You'll Do As a caregiver, you may assist clients with: Companionship and conversation Meal preparation and light housekeeping Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance Medication reminders Mobility and transfer assistance Transportation and errands Dementia and Alzheimer's care Respite care for family caregivers Providing a safe, comfortable, and positive environment Every client is different, so we match caregivers based on experience, skills, personality, and availability whenever possible. What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Reliable and punctual Compassionate, patient, and respectful Comfortable working independently in a client's home Professional and dependable Good communicators Experienced with senior care, personal care, dementia care, or companionship Able to provide reliable transportation to client homes Caregiving experience is strongly preferred. CNA, HHA, or similar training is a plus.
