We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with clients. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, one on one support that helps our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping. Providing companionship and emotional support. Assisting with medication reminders according to each client's care plan. Monitoring clients' well being and reporting any changes to the care team. Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other age related conditions. Safely assisting with transfers and mobility equipment when needed. Accurately documenting care provided and following each client's individualized care plan. What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high quality care.
Qualified candidates should have:
Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or similar settings. Experience supporting seniors or adults who need assistance with daily living activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently while providing safe and reliable care. A caring attitude, patience, professionalism, and respect for every client. Experience with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice care, developmental disabilities, medication reminders, or mobility equipment is a plus. Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
