Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Experienced Caregivers in North County Aloha Senior Home Care is expanding our caregiver team in North County San Diego . We are looking for caregivers who already have hands-on experience caring for seniors and are comfortable working independently in a client's home. If you have experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospice, or private-duty caregiving, we would like to hear from you. We are especially interested in caregivers who live in or prefer working in: Escondido San Marcos Del Mar Rancho Bernardo Encinitas Carlsbad Vista Poway Solana Beach Nearby North County communities We work to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability, experience, and personality , with the goal of creating consistent assignments and strong caregiver-client relationships. What You'll Do Depending on the client, responsibilities may include: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance Walking, transfers, and mobility support Meal preparation and hydration Companionship and supervision Dementia and memory-care support Medication reminders Light housekeeping related to the client's care Assistance with daily routines Observation and reporting of changes in condition or behavior Following an individualized care plan What We're Looking For Previous hands-on caregiving experience Experience caring for seniors in a professional or private-duty setting Confidence providing personal care and ADL assistance Reliability and punctuality Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a private home Reliable transportation Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice, or higher-acuity clients is a plus. CNA or HHA certification is helpful, but not required . California Home Care Aide registration is preferred. If you are not currently registered, you must be willing to complete the required registration process before working with clients. Scheduling Opportunities Client schedules may include: 4-hour shifts 8-hour shifts 12-hour shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight care Weekday and weekend assignments Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on current client needs and your availability. Compensation $20.00- 25.
