One-on-one experience caregiving an autistic adult necessary. Seeking mature, mothering, energetic, compassionate caregiver who can provide consistency give positive affirmations is encouraging and patient Need help getting him out to local places laundry activities of daily living med prompting light housekeeping cooking He really likes to be out and active in his community. He lives in San Marcos with 24-hr care in his own apartment. Car provided to use while with him. You will receive a check or direct deposit. Proven experience working with individuals with autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, or disabilities Strong patient observation skills to monitor behavior changes and ensure safety at all times Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration, Excellent communication skills for engaging with family and other caregivers about care needs and progress This position directly impacts the well-being of an individual with developmental disabilities.
