CAREGIVER - SANTA CLARA

Heartfelt Home Support LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced live-in caregiver for an elderly female client.

Care Needs:

Advanced Alzheimer's/dementia Nonverbal, non-ambulatory, primarily bedbound Personal care, hygiene & incontinence care Meal/hydration assistance & companionship Repositioning and Hoyer-lift transfers Daily documentation

Safety:

Hoyer-lift/two-person transfers must be completed by 2 trained adults when required by the care plan.

Live-In:

Private room + meals provided | Trial period

Pay:

Approximately $2,000/month, based on final schedule/payroll requirements.

Requirements:

Dementia/elderly care experience Hoyer-lift experience preferred Reliable and able to commit to live-in care Complete onboarding, training & required documentation They already have one existing caregiver, so you will be two caregivers sharing the responsibilities. You can discuss with each other how you would like to arrange the schedule, rest periods, and alternate shifts.
