Caregivers Starting Pay:

$21/hour Mariposa Assisted Living is a brand-new, family-owned and family-operated residential care facility and we're looking for two exceptional caregivers to join our team. Available Shifts 

Morning:

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 

Afternoon:

3:00 PM to 11:00

PM Wake NOC:

11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Weekday and 1 weekend day availability required. Provide individual care for 5-7 residents per shift Assist with all ADL's including: Showering Dressing Toileting Grooming Mobility and transfers Document for each resident daily Complete daily laundry and housekeeping duties Assist with activities & exercises Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment at all times Work as part of a team to provide the highest quality of care Qualifications Reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ pounds Ability to read and write in English Must pass a background check Current First Aid & CPR Certification If you're someone who finds purpose in caring for others and wants to be part of a supportive, family-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to foster a positive community Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia care, and geriatrics best practices Valid driver's license for safe operation of a standard passenger car; driving experience is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members Join us in creating a compassionate community where every resident receives the attentive care they deserve.
