Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to residents and patients, including incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols and documenting Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated and compassionate care delivery Requirements Ability and willingness to perform manual handling tasks including lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics.
