As part of our team, you will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while improving their quality of life through personalized care and companionship. Responsibilities vary by client and may include: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and personal hygiene Companionship and supervision Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition Light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when authorized Driving clients using approved transportation arrangements depending on assignment Assistance with transfers, mobility aids, or Hoyer lifts when trained and authorized Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition or needs Completing required documentation and following individualized care plans
