What You'll Be Doing In this front-line role, you'll be a critical part of our clients' day-to-day lives, providing personal care, training, and social interaction. Every day is different, and your impact is profound!
Typical Day-to-Day Fun Includes:
Helping clients with daily routines like getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, and other personal care activities. Supporting clients with meals and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Keeping things moving! This may involve assisting clients with transferring to and from bed, showers, vehicles, or toilets. Participating in recreational outings, shopping trips, and fun activities - you're the friendly face our clients look forward to seeing! Handling emergency situations with a calm and efficient approach. Following Individual Program Plans and Training Manuals to provide top-notch, customized care. Documenting activities and making sure our clients' progress is recorded. Adapting to various needs in a shared home environment, working with a fantastic team of professionals. Requirements What You Bring to the
Table:
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Great communication skills, even when communication is challenging. An ability to work independently and confidently in unsupervised situations. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to get certified by us). A valid CA driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Legible writing skills, in English, for accurate documentation. Prior experience preferred but not necessary .
