$20.25-$22/hour + overtime About the Job We are looking for caring, reliable nannies to provide in-home care for infants and toddlers in Santa Monica. If you enjoy working with babies and want a rewarding childcare job with flexible scheduling and supportive management, this may be a great fit. What You'll Do Care for infants and toddlers in their homes Help with feeding, bottles, naps, and daily routines Read, play, and do age-appropriate activities Support children's development and learning Keep children safe and comfortable Communicate with parents about their child's day Follow family routines and instructions Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Friday availability preferred Shifts are generally between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Most shifts are 6-9 hours Schedules depend on family needs and your availability Requirements At least 1 year of professional childcare experience Experience with infants preferred At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Dependable and professional Good communication skills Able to provide 2 childcare references and 1 character reference Qualifying experience may include: Nannying Babysitting Daycare Preschool Church nursery Other professional childcare Experience caring for family members or friends does not count toward the 1-year experience requirement.
