Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa is looking for experienced, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes throughout Santa Rosa and surrounding Sonoma County communities. If you have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience and take pride in providing dependable, respectful care, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Every client is different, but your responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene Helping with walking, mobility, positioning and transfers Preparing meals and assisting with eating when needed Providing companionship and meaningful interaction Assisting with light housekeeping and everyday household routines Providing reminders and support with daily activities Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs Documenting the care and services provided Your role is about more than completing a list of tasks. You'll help clients remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in their own homes.
