Job Description
House Manager and Caregiver duties Great opportunity for a mature individual with experience with Alzheimer's clients. Do you have a passion for helping others thrive? We are hiring committed individuals to help run the Private household for husband and wife in addition to personal care, motivation, and socialization. Immediate start on
Shifts:
12 hour shift (paying overtime)MUST HAVE
home care aide number (HCA) About theRole:
- Schedule doctor appointments, create meal plans and menu's, grocery shopping, create daily activities to keep them sharp and entertained (games, puzzles, music, etc.)
- Prompt for daily activities: bathing, dressing, meals, med reminder, daily walks and exercise assist
- Document outcomes of doctor appointments
- Light housekeeping and cooking
- Monitor health and safety, report changes in condition
- Support independence, dignity, and quality of life
What We're Looking For:
- Mature, Reliable Caregivers
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience with seniors (home care, facility, or similar)
- Genuine commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of older adults
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and able to drive clients
- Able to create and cook fresh healthy meals
