Full-time and Part-time About the Role FeniCare is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. This is a non-medical caregiving role focused on helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and supported with day-to-day living. We are looking for people who show up, communicate well, and take pride in caring for others. What You'll Do As a caregiver, you may assist clients with a range of non-medical support services, including: Companionship and emotional support Assistance with activities of daily living Meal prep and basic household support Light housekeeping Running errands or helping with transportation, when assigned Supporting mobility and safe movement in the home Observing changes in client condition and reporting concerns promptly Following client care plans and company expectations for quality and professionalism Pay and Benefits We offer a compensation package designed to reward reliability, performance, and commitment. $19.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities Bi-weekly pay by direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Mileage reimbursement for eligible work-related travel Referral bonus opportunities Performance-based bonuses tied to attendance and hours worked Step-based wage growth tied to hours worked Uniform stipend Profit Sharing Plan (PSP) Paid time off Retirement plan What We're Looking For To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following: At least 18 years of age Able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Current California Home Care Aide registration Physical Demands This role requires regular movement and hands-on support.

Caregivers should be able to:
