We are looking for caregivers who communicate professionally, arrive reliably and genuinely enjoy helping older adults remain safe and independent at home. Current Opportunities Day, evening, weekend and overnight assignments Four-hour and longer shifts Part-time schedules with opportunities to add hours One-on-one care in clients' homes Priority scheduling for dependable caregivers Caregiver Responsibilities Companionship and supervision Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance Mobility support and fall prevention Dementia care and safety monitoring Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation and errands when needed Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance Dependable attendance and professional communication Ability to work independently in clients' homes Willingness to complete required background screening and caregiver registration requirements Availability for shifts of four hours or longer Weekend or overnight availability is helpful but not required Pay and Benefits $19-$21 per hour depending on experience and assignment Paid orientation and training Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement when applicable Responsive local office support Paid time off and additional benefits subject to eligibility Service Area Assignments may be available in Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Anaheim Hills and nearby communities.
