Compassionate In-Home Caregiver (Non-Medical Support) About the Role Do you enjoy helping others and making a real difference in someone's day? Join Visiting Angels Upland as a non-medical in-home caregiver and support seniors in living safely, comfortably, and independently at home. In this role, you'll build meaningful connections while providing essential day-to-day support. If you're dependable, kind, and looking for rewarding work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide medication reminders Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Run errands and assist with daily tasks Offer companionship and emotional support Provide transportation to appointments or outings (as needed) What You Need Must be 18 years or older Valid California driver's license (out-of-state not accepted) Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (must be listed driver) Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DMV check Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) — or willingness to obtain (we'll help!) Negative TB test (we cover the cost if needed) Physically able to perform caregiving duties Flexible availability Two professional references Strong communication skills A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Why Join Visiting Angels - Upland?
