Job Description

Direct Care Worker STRTP
  • AFTERNOON SHIFT Sunday-Wednesday Upland, CA 91786 From $19 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time From $19 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time STRTP Treatment Team Specialist aka Direct Care Worker The Treatment Team Specialist is responsible for the behavior, maintenance and general well-being of the residents in the facility; provides group and one-on-one counseling; directly supervises residents in their daily routine insuring that good habits of personal hygiene and general cleanliness; responsible for writing incident reports for behavioral issues, injuries or accidents and maintaining logs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or valid Child Development Teaching Permit; or valid certification as an alcohol counselor, drug counselor and have at least 100 hours of working with youth At least 1-year experience as staff and/or volunteer at a group home or STRTP Must be at least 21 years of age Must Have a valid Driver's License Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
