Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living and personal care needs
- Provide medication assistance and supervision
- Prepare and serve meals
- Support community outings and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Complete required daily documentation
- Follow residents' care plans and facility policies
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and behavioral needs
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, patient, and responsible
- Able to pass required background clearance
- CPR/First Aid and DSP certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Must be available for assigned shifts, including weekends as needed
