Role:

Limitless Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our team in Vallejo, CA. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home support that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities as needed Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor Ability to pass a background check and TB test Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed care plans Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
