The candidate will assist residents with activities of daily living while helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, toileting, transferring, and other personal care needs. Caregivers will also escort residents to and from meals and activities, assist with mobility, respond to resident needs, and communicate any changes in a resident's condition or behavior to the appropriate staff. We are looking for a dependable team player who communicates well, works cooperatively with other staff, and can provide seniors with comfort, care, compassion, and professionalism. Previous caregiving or senior living experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and able to meet California RCFE requirements, including DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, current First Aid certification, and a negative TB test. Must be available to work scheduled shifts including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
