Your Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities when required Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the care team Requirements Previous caregiving experience preferred Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and active auto insurance when required for the assignment Benefits Why Join Exhava Home Care?
