Competitive hourly pay based on experience, availability, and assignment About the Position We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregivers / Home Care Aides to provide non-medical in-home care to adults and seniors. Our caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities Caregiver responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting clients with activities of daily living Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assistance with mobility and transfers, as permitted by the care plan and training Meal preparation and assistance with meals Light housekeeping related to the client's care Laundry and changing bed linens Medication reminders, as permitted Assisting with errands and grocery shopping Accompanying clients to appointments or activities when assigned Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client Reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor Following the client's care plan and company policies Providing respectful, compassionate, and dependable care at every visit What We Are Looking For The ideal caregiver is: Compassionate and patient Reliable and dependable Respectful of clients' privacy and dignity Comfortable working independently in a client's home Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team Professional and committed to providing excellent care Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, personal care, or senior care experience is preferred. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass required background and employment screening Reliable transportation to client assignments Valid driver's license and auto insurance when driving is required for an assignment Ability to perform the physical requirements of the assigned position Current required certifications and documentation, when applicable Why Work With Us?
