ASSIGNMENT LOCATION

Walnut Creek, CA 94595 POSITION SUMMARY The Caregiver provides essential personal care and companionship services for clients in their homes. This role supports activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), promoting client independence, health, safety, and emotional well-being.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention techniques. Prepare meals and support feeding based on dietary requirements. Perform housekeeping, laundry, and home-organization tasks. Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Monitor and record daily activities, observations, and changes in client condition. Follow the care plan and report any concerns to office staff immediately. Support medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations). Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Promote a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
