DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide one-to-one training or adaptive services to a specific client enrolled in the Day Program (including, but not limited to: paid work, social skills building, art, recreation, volunteering) Develop and monitor individual client plans within the Program. Assist with personal hygiene needs as needed. Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

: High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide) Effective written and verbal communication

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
