401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free uniforms What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling to fit your availability Comprehensive health insurance benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Available shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours Flexible work hours based on your preferred schedule Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided Consistent client assignments for long-term relationships Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with medical conditions and age-related challenges Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred\ Active Home Health Aide (HHA) license preferred Physically able to perform the required duties Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff Must meet all applicable personnel qualifications Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect personal care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Follow established safety procedures while delivering patient care Maintain effective communication with the supervising nurse regarding patient condition and progress Perform assigned patient care tasks according to the written care plan developed by the Registered Nurse Accurately document services provided and submit required reports on time Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition or behavior Comply with all state regulations governing the role of a Home Health Aide in the home care setting Scope of Practice Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are not permitted to perform the following procedures unless otherwise authorized by applicable regulations and the patient's plan of care: Change sterile dressings Irrigate body cavities or administer enemas Irrigate a colostomy or wound Perform gastric irrigation or enteral feeding Catheterize a patient Administer medications Apply heat therapy by any method Care for a tracheostomy tube Perform any personal health service not included in the patient's approved plan of care
