In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while fostering growth, and independence. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help ensure that each individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs, promoting their well-being and development every day. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for the elderly of various ages, Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction Assist with daily routines such as bathing, toileting, dressing, Ensure safety by adhering to adult safety standards , including first aid and CPR protocols when necessary Communicate regularly with the administrator of any changes or events. Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any incidents or concerns related to the resident's welfare Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding of Dementia and Alzheimer's Can cook since we provide 3 meals a day with snacks in between. Proven experience caring for the elderly and their need for assistance with their activities of daily living.
