We specialize in a range of needs, including mobility issues, dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and general aging. Our mission is to ensure that all clients receive specialized care tailored to their unique requirements. Cerna Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver for a client in Westminster. This position is ideal for someone comfortable assisting with mobility, transfers, fall prevention, and daily personal care.

Location:

Westminster, CA 92683

Schedule:

Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00

PM Pay:

$21 per hour Responsibilities Assist with ADLs, dressing, grooming & toileting Provide standby mobility & transfer assistance Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Support daily PT exercises Provide transportation to appointments & errands Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Provide companionship and safety supervision Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Have a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) ID (Required) Must pass a background check and TB test (Required) Valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle & auto insurance (Required) Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or transferring patients safely.
