Build meaningful relationships while providing companionship and emotional support. Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity and respect. Assist with meal service, hydration, and recreational activities. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with the Wellness Director and care team to ensure exceptional resident care. Follow all infection control, emergency, and community safety procedures. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation is preferred but not required. Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration is preferred or the ability to obtain one. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and resident-focused. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
