We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Backup Caregiver to provide essential support to a severely physically disabled woman in her private home through the Colorado Consumer Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS) program. Role:

As a Backup Caregiver, you will step in when regularly scheduled caregivers are unavailable due to illness, injury, or emergencies. While this role is primarily on an as-needed basis, backup caregivers may have the opportunity to transition into a regular schedule if desired, especially when there are scheduling changes or openings.

Key Responsibilities:

Check and record blood pressure each morning Restock medical and household supplies Perform light housekeeping tasks Prepare meals and assist with food cutting Provide evening showers and hair washing Assist with the client's bowel program Help with dressing and undressing Assist with bed transfers Perform physical transfers using a hydraulic Hoyer lift

Qualifications:
