Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caretaker to provide essential support and assistance to an individual in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, or working with people with developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Lift and transfer clients safely as needed, ensuring their comfort during the process. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in home Foster a positive relationship with clients, promoting independence while providing necessary support. Requirements Previous experience in home care, memory care, group home, or assisted living environments is
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Ability to assist and lift clients safely while ensuring their dignity is maintained. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with client. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Work Schedule Looking for someone Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. 15 hours total a week. More info during interview.
