Responsibilities Provide care support in the client's home and community as appropriate. Encourage independence and support the client in developing daily living skills. Provide companionship and positive engagement. Encourage appropriate activities, including drawing, painting, playing games e.t.c. Provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Communicate with the client in English. Requirements Must be able to provide services in English. Must be dependable, patient, and supportive. Comfortable working with clients who may prefer to spend time independently. Able to encourage independence while respecting the client's personal space. Transportation is not required .
