Responsibilities:

Provide personalized, compassionate in-home care to seniors, including assistance with personal care, patient care, medication management, and companionship Foster a supportive environment to enhance seniors' well-being and quality of life Support mobility and transportation needs for appointments and activities Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and care team for person-centered care Maintain accurate documentation and records of care provided

Requirements:

Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a strong passion for providing senior care Knowledge and expertise in elderly care, patient care, and caregiving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and empathetic approach Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional care Flexibility to meet unique client needs Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
