Responsibilities Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, using specialized techniques Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Use equipment like Hoyer lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Provide companionship, and social engagement to promote mental well-being Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments preferred Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care, hospice care Join us in delivering compassionate, professional care that truly makes a difference!
