We're looking for an experienced, dependable Lead / On-Call Caregiver who is passionate about helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home while serving as a trusted resource for both our clients and our caregiving team. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality care Accept same-day or short-notice assignments Build meaningful relationships with a variety of clients and families while maintaining continuity of care. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or errands and medication reminders. Occasionally assist with care coordination tasks

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

An experienced caregiver with strong leadership potential. Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts Comfortable balancing hands-on caregiving with occasional office support and care coordination responsibilities. Organized, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Comfortable providing hands-on personal care for both male and female clients. Comfortable working in homes with pets. Willing to travel throughout the Denver Tech Center and South Denver Metro service area. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Current auto insurance. Willing to drive clients using your own vehicle or the client's vehicle. Able to successfully pass a background check.
