Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Escort clients to appointments and errands Report changes in condition to supervisors Complete accurate visit documentation Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals Complete supervisory visits and assessments
