Full Job Description Overview:

Mila Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. This is for in-home and community direct care work. You would be matched with a client based on personality, schedule availability, and clinical experience. We are urgently seeking a qualified caregiver to join our team to care for a fabulous client who lives in Louisville near US 36 and McCaslin Blvd. This client would prefer an experienced caregiver who can commit to working Monday-Friday 9a-5p. Consistency and reliability are paramount- we will train the right person with a can-do attitude!

Requirements:

Experience in caregiving preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Ability to provide compassionate care to clients Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and infection control procedures. Requirements Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently while following established care plans. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality home care services. Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and maintain professionalism at all times.
