Summary 'We are seeking a caring and reliable Skilled Caregiver to join our team at Emerald Beryl Homecare LLC. Located in , this vital role involves providing high-quality in-home support to help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently. Responsibilities ' Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Willing to work in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm Assist clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment. Support clients with medication management under supervision. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Follow care plans meticulously to ensure personalized support. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.' Qualifications ' Proven experience in home care or assisted living environments. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred. Reliable transportation is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.'
