Thu-Sat 6a-6p What You'll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) . Assist with personal care while supporting resident dignity, comfort, and independence. Provide meal preparation and meal assistance . Assist with cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Administer medications as a QMAP and follow applicable medication administration procedures. Complete accurate and timely care documentation . Communicate clearly with residents and fellow team members. Work collaboratively as part of the care team to meet residents' individual needs. Follow resident care plans and established safety and care procedures.
