This paid training opportunity offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing personal and supportive care to individuals with diverse needs. As a Caregiver-In-Training, you will assist with daily activities, learn essential caregiving skills, and support clients' independence while developing your skills in senior and disability care. Benefits Starting rate of $17.75/hour with an increase after 50 hours Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans Paid time off: Sick time, Vacation, & Birthday 401(k) with Employer Match Direct Deposit & DailyPay Available A Caring & Responsive team that is available 24/7 for urgent matters Flexible schedules with options for part-time and full-time hours Paid mileage Paid training Responsibilities Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support individuals with stand-by assistance and medication reminders Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean living environment Engage individuals in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction Follow safety protocols for safe patient lifting practices and transfers Document observations related to individuals' activities and well-being Maintain respectful communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care Qualifications Genuine passion for caregiving and helping others Previous personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements needed to perform job duties Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards clients' rights and dignity Join us as a Caregiver-In-Training and embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication makes a meaningful difference!
