Full Job Description Pay:
$18.00 per hour Job description: We're currently hiring caregivers for daytime, evening, overnight, and hospice/end-of-life care cases throughout the Guilford, CT area. Schedule Daytime, evening, and overnight opportunities available Weekday and weekend availability available Full-time and part-time positions available Full-time caregivers must have flexible availability Paid one-day orientation Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00/hour 60-day performance review with opportunity to earn $18.50/hour Weekend shift differential: +$0.50-$1.50/hour Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) after one year Paid orientation Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility and transfers Light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Transport clients locally when needed Observe and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans Participate in required training and orientation Requirements Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or equivalent HHA, PCA, or experienced caregivers welcome to apply Hospice or End-of-Life care experience is a plus Experience providing personal care preferred Reliable vehicle required Clean driving record required Registered and insured vehicle Candidates under 25 years old must have at least 3 years on an auto insurance policy Comfortable transporting clients when needed Able to work independently Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Why Join Our Team?
