You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home. This is for a male client who needs help AM/PM for two hour shifts Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday shifts also available. Great for someone looking to add some hours before/after another client as well. Must have your own vehicle. Must be able to take BP and weight daily

Responsibilities:

Assistance with some ADLs Daily BP Housework Laundry Companion Provide routine individualized care Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Safety Monitoring Qualifications:

Reliability a must Experience in home health or other related field Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills
