What You'll Do As an ILST (Independent Living Skills Trainer), PCA (Personal Care Assistant), or RA (Recovery Assistant), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and thrive in their communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs. Supporting clients in developing and maintaining independent living skills. Encouraging self-advocacy and fostering community integration. Providing quality care while ensuring a safe and respectful environment. Collaborating with team members to deliver person-centered services. What We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who meet the following qualifications: 1 year of experience in a related role or field. A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
