The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, attentive, and committed to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, engaged, and as independent as possible. Responsibilities Provide friendly conversation, companionship, and engaging activities. Prepare simple meals and snacks according to the client's preferences and dietary instructions. Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized home. Accompany the client on walks, errands, appointments, or social outings as authorized. Observe and promptly report changes in the client's condition, routine, or safety to the designated contact. Respect the client's privacy, dignity, choices, and independence at all times. Qualifications Compassionate, reliable, patient, and comfortable working with older adults. Strong communication and observation skills. Prior companion-care or senior-care experience preferred. Ability to follow a written care plan and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Valid driver's license.
