In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and positive environment that promotes growth, development, and well-being. Your enthusiasm for teaching, child supervision, and activity planning will help foster a joyful atmosphere where every individual feels valued and supported. Duties Supervise and care for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, learning, and fun Provide basic first aid and CPR when necessary, responding promptly to emergencies with confidence Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices for infants and young children Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation Engage in teaching activities that foster early childhood education and developmental milestones Requirements Proven experience working with children across various settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying or classroom environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR from a recognized organization; ongoing training preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to different age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school children Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for caregiving roles Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive through active learning, playful exploration, and caring support. Pay:
