Caring People Home Care is hiring experienced, compassionate Companions and Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care in Norwalk, CT. All shifts are available. Pay Starting at $17/hour Overtime available Holiday pay What We Offer Weekly pay with direct deposit Start working in as little as 48-72 hours after applying Paid continuing education through Caring People University PPE provided, because your safety is a top priority 24/7 support from our care and administrative teams What You'll Do Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and engagement Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Help with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, and hypertension Assist clients who are bedbound, use a wheelchair, or have limited mobility, including repositioning Follow each client's care plan Communicate with family members and share any concerns with the care team Perform other companion and caregiving duties as needed What We're Looking For We want caregivers who bring these qualities to every visit:
