We are specifically looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who are ready to commit to consistent long-term shifts and provide quality one-on-one care to clients in their homes. High-Need Caregiver Shifts Available We are currently hiring caregivers for the following Suffield, CT cases :

Day Shift:

8:00 AM

•8:00 PM | Approximately 36 hours per week

Overnight Shift:

10:00 PM

•6:00 AM | Approximately 24 hours per week

Overnight Shift:

8:00 PM

•8:00 AM | Approximately 36 hours per week Consistent availability for one of these shifts is strongly preferred.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits Pay:

$19.50/hour starting, with opportunities to earn up to $25/hour

Weekly Pay:

Get paid every week

Early Wage Access:

Access to up to $2,500 Additional recognition and above-and-beyond incentives Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver with Pansy Homecare, you will provide compassionate, hands-on in-home care while helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing personal care such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding assistance Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed Following the client's individualized care plan Providing dementia care and behavior support when required Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment Communicating changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team What We're Looking For We are looking for reliable and experienced caregivers who take pride in providing exceptional home care.

Requirements:
