Responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with activities of daily living Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Assistance with mobility and transfers, as permitted by your training Providing transportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands when applicable Following each client's individualized care plan Communicating client needs and concerns to the office Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others Dependable and punctual Patient, respectful, and professional Comfortable working independently in clients' homes A strong communicator Able to follow care plans and company policies Experienced in senior care, home care, CNA work, or personal care preferred, but we welcome qualified applicants with a strong desire to provide excellent care Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, HHA, or related experience preferred Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings Reliable transportation is preferred for applicable assignments Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Always Best Care team Join Our Team If you're looking for work that is more than just a job and want the opportunity to positively impact the life of a senior or family, Always Best Care would love to hear from you.Pay:
