Client lives with his wife. No pets. He has Parkinson's and Dementia. Client's wife prepares meals and is very involved.
Needs include:
safety monitoring assistance with ADLs including toileting, bathing, dressing, etc. companion laundry Occasional assistance eating meals Accompany to appointments MUST be authorized to work in the United States via citizenship or work authorization.
