In this role, caregivers will support clients in maintaining their comfort, dignity, and independence through companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment for individuals experiencing cognitive changes. Caregivers should feel comfortable assisting with daily routines and providing gentle redirection while promoting a positive and reassuring experience for each client. Candidates must have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to pass a background check. Previous dementia care experience is preferred, and
CNA, HHA, PCA
certification, or related caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
