Not Your Average Caregiving Case — Experienced Caregiver Needed in Milford, DE Lean On Me Caregiving is looking for a strong, patient, experienced caregiver for a one-on-one client located in-town Milford, DE . This position may be a great fit for caregivers living in Milford, Harrington, Lincoln, Ellendale, Georgetown, Magnolia, Frederica, and nearby communities. This is a higher-level case, ideal for caregivers who can build trust, stay calm, and work with a client who can be resistant, particular, and difficult to redirect at times. The right caregivers must have patience, thick skin, compassion, and the ability to meet the client where she is without taking things personally. We are looking for caregivers who are: ✅ Calm under pressure ✅ Patient, dependable, & consistent ✅ Comfortable with personal care and Ostomy assistance ✅ Creative with activities and engagement ✅ Able to build trust slowly & not easily discouraged ✅ Experienced with clients who have difficulty communicating and finding words If you are the kind of caregiver who can stay kind, calm, and steady even on the hard days, we want to hear from you.
