Job Description
We are hiring an Agency Director with Home care experience. we embrace a culture of caring, belonging, trust and enjoy the meaningful connections that come from it. The Director oversees the daily operations, growth, and compliance of the home care agency. This role ensures high-quality client care, operational efficiency, staff management, and adherence to state and federal regulations. The Director works closely with the executive team to implement strategic initiatives, expand services, and maintain a culture of excellence in caregiving. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Supervises the entire organizational operation. Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency. Monitor performance metrics (client satisfaction, caregiver retention, compliance scores, etc.). Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve business growth goals. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure agency complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing requirements. Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance client outcomes and caregiver performance. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure proper documentation and care standards. Staff Management & Development Recruit, train, and manage office staff and care team leadership. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Develop scheduling and staffing strategies to meet client needs. Foster a positive workplace culture that supports retention and professional growth. Client Services & Satisfaction Oversee the intake and onboarding process for new clients. Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed. Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and trust. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources. Qualifications Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Bachelor's preferred). 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related industry. Strong knowledge of home care regulations, compliance, and best practices. Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and operations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Compassionate leadership style with a client-centered mindset.
